Hello....my name is Lynne Griffiths and I have been fortunate enough for the past 25 years to do what I LOVE.... Real Estate! I had a taste for real estate at a very young age. My grandparents, who I had the opportunity of spending a lot of time with... were flippers in real estate. I purchased my first home when I was just 19 years old. When I sold that property 4 years later at full commission... I was appalled at the rate I had to pay!! When I started in Real Estate I worked for a couple of the BIG companies... but when I was introduced to ONE PERCENT REALTY I was ecstatic!! YES!! Here was the company I wish I could have listed with all those years ago!! I could have saved thousands of dollars in commission fees!!
