My family moved around alot when I was child, living in many different homes. When I grew up and married my high school sweetheart, Reed, we lived in an old prisoner of war house with 2 rooms & a bath. From those modest beginnings, over 37 years ago I have learned the art of Real Estate, building experience literally from the ground up. Even as a child I always loved houses, and still recall, though being very young, my mom using the money she meticulously saved to start the construction of a modest home. First we lived in the basement with cement walls and floors. Then after a few years we moved to the upstairs with gyproc and paint. Since that time we lived in many homes in various condition but the very next house in particular, stands out. The house had a weak spot in the floor of one bedroom with an actual hole opening to the basement below! We kids were to "stay away from the hole" and I was terrified of that room and in reality the house in general. We soon moved away and the property was condemned and sold to a relative who tore the house down and in its stead built the most beautiful home I had ever beheld. Even though I now live in a home far superior and even more beautiful, one my husband, Reed, and I worked to build together, I have never forgotten that house with the hole in the floor and the elegant home that replaced it. That spot of land had potential even if the house was beyond repair. Unlike the condemned house, the homes I see do not need to be to be torn down but many have untapped potential. I am always excited to share experience & expertise with my clients, giving them the insight of what it would take to go from crowded->spacious, drab->elegant, dark->bright, chopped up ->flowing. Real Estate is where my gifts shine and the best place for me to be. I'm fortunate to love what I do and I do what I love. I LOVE MY LIFE!
